Moving with artistic muscle memory expresses our body at its best. These applications can be at work, play, training, or performance. Coming to a place where one can express their physicality to its total potentiality and discovering which innate physical skills are within all of us. Our bodies are designed to move and keep ourselves healthy. Current day technology reduces the amount we have to move so in order to balance this regular movement /exerecise practices are necessary.
Developing the intellect by first practicing mindfulness, then creating practices geared toward the five points of the brow chakra: Intuition, Imagination Wisdom, Discernment, and Knowledge. Also looking to foster heart intelligence instead of brain only development.
This is an inward journey to find our innate gifts . When we discover our true talents and cultivate them, we and society benefit. It is not related to the money earned from this work but the quality that one can inject when we apply diligence and discipline. Choosing a career is to be based on finding what skills we have first based on what resonates with us. Work is a health practice as well. When we keep ourselves and our surroundings clean and orderly our lives have more peace. Once weve found our strong suits, culivating a teamwork mentality with others enables us to apply and teach our strenghts and also learn new skills.

Coming into awareness of all forms of nature. Observing and interacting as a practice that allows us to understand our place in the ecosystem. Finding the awe that surrounds us in our ecology by going out and experiencing it first hand.
We are unlimited in how much joy we can have when we maintain a practice of finding it all around us. Each of us may have different tastes for what brings this fun. Being open to new ways when current ways become stale or destructive. Pursuing joy is one of our great quests of life. Through proper activity these pursuits keep us healthy.
Coming to the understanding of your own body and developing practices to heal yourself and others as well as maintaining healthy daily habits including diets. Healing is an active process that is ongoing regardless of illness. Keeping nourished and understanding the process necessary to do so is critical to our survival.
